In order to place an advertisement on the TriathlonTrader web site, you will need to register. We (triathlontrader) will require you to supply your name, telephone number, mobile number and e-mail address. You will also be required to supply a password. Names, telephone numbers and email addresses supplied as part of an item advertisement will be published within the relevant advertisement for the duration of the booking, to enable a potential buyer to contact the seller. The seller has the option to display either: Name and telephone number, Name and mobile number, Name and email address, Name, email & mobile number, Name, email and telephone number or all contact details (Name, email, telephone and mobile number). The location and area and a selection of identifying criteria matching your chosen item, for example make, model and price are also required in order to enable potential buyer to narrow their search.
Credit card information
Credit and debit card information is used solely for the purpose of payment processing. Triathlontrader retains no record of credit card details.
Use of your information
You agree that we may obtain, hold, correlate, merge and use your information (including personal information) for the purpose of providing you with our services and ancillary services and for our internal business purposes. These include (without limitation):-

Payments
Your payment in respect of the advertisement is due in advance of publication except where we (Triathlontrader) has confirmed its agreement in writing to allow credit to you, in which case payment shall be due: no later than 2pm on the last working day of the month following that in which the Advertisement appeared. Payment shall mean payment by credit card or debit card for the full amount due. In respect of private advertisers, we shall provide an email confirmation of booking for each Advertisement published on triathlontrader.co.uk.
TriathlonTrader’s obligations & returns policy
We will endeavour to reproduce and prepare colour and mono Advertisements as requested but cannot guarantee that reproduction will meet its normal standards. We may decline to publish, or omit, suspend, edit, change the position or require amendment of all or any part of any Advertisement. We are not obliged to publish any Advertisement on a particular day or in a particular position. We will not be liable for any loss of copy, artwork, photographs or other materials. You warrant that you have retained copies and the originals of Advertisements.
Without prejudice to Triathlontrader's entitlement to be paid, in the event of any error in the publishing of the Advertisement caused by the act or omission of us, we at our sole discretion may either re-insert the Advertisement or make a reasonable refund of, or adjustment to the cost. No re-insertion, refund or adjustment will be made where the error, misprint or omission does not materially detract from the Advertisement.

All rights, including copyright, in the content of these web pages and in the photographs of any items displayed on the Website from time to time and all database rights in our database of items, are owned or controlled for these purposes by us.
